6 – FARFARÀ WATERFALL (ENG)

The Farfarà Waterfall is located along the Verde stream, near the village of Cervara and the nearby Lago Verde. Its name comes from a group of old rural farmhouses nestled in nature — ancient dry-stone alpine pastures known as Farfarà.

This picturesque waterfall is one of the highest in Lunigiana, with a drop of approximately 30 meters. It lies along an ancient path that once connected the monastery of Bobbio, in the province of Piacenza, to Pontremoli.
